Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Ziwi Astrology: AI Birth Chart account (by Ken Studio) and the data linked to it.

In the App (fastest)

1. Open Ziwi → ⚙︎ Settings.
2. In Account, tap Delete account.
3. Choose whether to keep the profiles on this phone, then confirm.

Your account and the profiles stored in the cloud are deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the App, email ziwi@kenstudio.app from the Google address you signed in with, subject “Delete my Ziwi account”. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (name, email, photo link, account ID).
• All birth profiles stored in your account.

What is not affected

• Profiles kept on your phone (delete them in the App or uninstall it).
• Anonymous AI reading caches and reports, which are not linked to your account.
