Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ziwi Astrology: AI Birth Chart (“the App”), made by Ken Studio (“we”), handles information. The App has no accounts and no social features, and we do not sell personal information.
1. Information that stays on your device
- Birth profiles you create — name or nickname, birth date and time, gender used by the chart, and birthplace — are stored only on your device. Charts, readings, the almanac and good-day results are calculated on your device.
- Settings (language, lunar calendar type, reminder time) are stored only on your device.
- Daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. We do not use push tokens.
2. AI readings (only when you ask for one)
When you tap to get an AI reading, the App sends to our server (hosted on Cloudflare):
- the layout of your chart — which stars sit in which palaces, as codes such as
ziweiMaj@careerPalace; - the topic and language you chose, and short reference texts from our own knowledge base;
- a random install ID created by the App, used only to apply the daily limit.
We do not send your name, birth date, birth time or birthplace. Our server forwards the chart layout and reference texts to Anthropic (Claude API), which writes the reading as our service provider. Generated readings are cached by chart layout (without any identifier) so the same layout does not need to be generated again; daily-limit counters expire after about one day. If you tap Report this reading, we store the reading's code and the reason you chose so we can review it.
3. Advertising

Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Ads are limited to content suitable for teens.
4. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Data retention and security
On-device data stays until you delete a profile or uninstall the App. Cached AI readings contain no personal identifiers. Reports are kept for up to 12 months. All network traffic uses encryption (HTTPS).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the CCPA or Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), you may have the right to access, correct or delete information, or object to processing. Because we hold no accounts, most data never reaches us; email ziwi@kenstudio.app and we will help within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy, for example if we add crash reporting or analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
